We administer courses, gradings and competitions within the BJC Northumberland area.
The British Judo Council promotes traditional Japanese Judo throughout Great Britain. With the belief in a balanced approach to Judo and teaching as both a sport and an effective martial art.
The British Judo Council is affiliated to the National Governing Body for Judo.
Children and adults irrespective of gender and experience are welcome to attend all clubs within the BJC Northumberland Area.

The Northumberland Area squad is made up with players from around the Northumberland Area, although not exclusively.
All the clubs within the Northumberland area have mutual benefits,
the clubs are organised by parents and other members within the area.
Members and membership to each club are inclusive, but as an Area all members have the right to and are invited to visit affiliated clubs of there own choosing, with the permission the of there sensei’s.
